ALOR SETAR: Barisan Nasional chairman Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has advised voters to vote for law-abiding leaders.

"The rakyat should reject those who are out to divide and rule."

He said this while speaking to newsmen after the opening of the RM13.2mil SK Taman Awana in Pokok Sena.

Najib pledged that Barisan Nasional will build SMJK Keat Hwa 3 in Pokok Sena if the Barisan returns to power in Kedah.

Najib expressed confidence that Barisan would be able to wrest control of Kedah based on the mood on the ground.

"People want to see changes in Kedah," he said.

Najib also took a swipe at the Pakatan Rakyat administration in Kedah, saying it did not dare show its performance in a report card.

Earlier, Najib enjoyed a quiet morning breakfast with locals at Pekan Kepala Batas.

Accompanied by his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and their son Norashman Najib, he spent 15 minutes meeting the locals and had a taste of local fare such as pulut pelam, buffalo milk and nasi lemak.
