KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on Monday conveyed Police Day greetings to all Royal Malaysia Police personnel.
Najib, through his Twitter, expressed his appreciation for the police
for always ensuring the safety of the country and the people.
On
Monday, the prime minister inspected a guard-of-honour and watched a
parade by 1,300 police officers and men in conjunction with the 206th
Police Day at the Police Training Centre (Pulapol), here.
At the
event, Najib also presented to the next-of-kin a one-rank posthumous
promotion for the eight policemen slain by Sulu terrorists in Sabah. -
