A Good Leader Serves All People

To name one as a good leader is difficult.  His ability is measured not by the flaws, mistakes or wrong decisions his detractors think he has done but by the things he did (and will still be doing) for his constituents.

Reaching out to the People

A good leader is someone who sees things equally - serving not only the upper class but most of all reaching out to the minority and letting them know that the government is listening and doing everything to aid them.
