50 more 1Malaysia clinics

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak announced that 40 to 50 more 1Malaysia Clinics (K1M) will be opened nationwide beginning next year.

"God willing, more people will be able to enjoy cheap and quality health service," he said in his tweet.

K1M is one of the initiatives under the 1Malaysia concept mooted by the prime minister, which focuses on racial harmony, national integration and efficient administration.

There are more than 200 K1M nationwide now, serving about 1.5 million people. The fee is RM1 for Malaysians and RM15 for foreigners. Bernama
